Stazzo Li Coddi covers an area of almost thirteen and a half hectares, more than 90% of which are covered with cork oaks. The remaining part is pastureland. There are approximately 4,000 cork oaks. The wood harvested each year amounts to thousands of quintals and represents a significant value.

The main building has a living area of 224 square meters. Additionally, there are two outbuildings (stables) that together occupy a total of 52 square meters. All buildings were renovated between 2010 and 2011. They are all constructed from granite stones. The entire renovation aimed to preserve the original characteristics of the structure, which is characterized by the Gallura style through the almost exclusive use of granite in various applications.…

The main house, spread over two floors, consists of seven main rooms, two bathrooms, three auxiliary rooms, and another large space currently used as a storage room but could be converted into a guest apartment since it has a separate entrance.

The heating system includes two boilers, one powered by liquefied gas and the other by wood, which can operate simultaneously. Solar panels provide hot water for at least ten months per year. A well (about 100 meters deep) guarantees the necessary water supply, while a spring located amidst the forest, fed into a large basin, provides water throughout the year for the animals.

The entire estate is enclosed by dry stone walls made of granite, which have also been fully restored and extend over 3,000 meters.

The house offers a magnificent view of Limbara, the highest mountain in North Sardinia.
