On the same level there is another flat and one in the basement.
You enter the flat through a small hallway and find yourself in the living room, from which a spacious kitchen leads off. From the living room, a small corridor leads to the adjoining rooms, which consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and window. Air conditioning provides the heat. Everything is in good condition, but perhaps no longer meets our modern tastes.

Via Carducci is a dead end and absolutely quiet. Nevertheless, it is only a few steps to the city centre.
